Claire Sulmers of Fashion Bomb Daily showed up at the most recent Los Angeles installment of her Cocktails with Claire Series in a Harlow feather trimmed blazer dress by Valencia Atelier that accentuated her gorgeous gams. The piece she wore is custom, but you can recreate the chic look in a by pairing a white feathered skirt with a matching blazer. Fit is important here.
