Afropunk is coming back to Brooklyn this August. The annual festival is the epitome of Brooklyn cool combining eclectic musical selections with fabulous food and laid-back style. This year the traditionally socially conscious Afropunk is all about partying for a purpose. They are holding their first official Afropunk Ball in Barry Commodore Park benefiting their Global Initiative which works to encourage inclusion and diversity in the media as well as promote volunteer service. After Dark
