Kat Graham stole the Red Carpet with this sexy power suit, honey! The print is so chic and it was tailored perfectly for her frame. A purple lip and cropped cut are the perfect touches to finish this look off.

Amber Riley sported another one of our favorite looks of the night. The high waist, caged skirt, peek-a-boo top and silver pumps were so effortlessly chic. With such a great look all she needed was a natural face beat and soft waves. Adorable!

the real hosts black women in music“The Real” hosts Tamera Mowry (and her beautiful baby bump), Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Adrienne Bailon were in attendance looking gorgeous. Perhaps Loni Love didn’t get the dress code memo though, because she’s looking real casual next to the other ladies’ gowns. They all look great.

Actress Zendaya Coleman brought some color to the Red Carpet and rocked a midi-length Sergio Hudson polka dot dress. She’s known for taking fashion risks, but I’m here for it! She always stands out.

Ciara (above) and Jessica White (below) both opted for thigh high slits for their red carpet looks. Ciara gave me life in this wrapped gown with lace embroidery by Zuhair Murad. The brown buckle on Jessica’s Celia Kritharioti dress was a bit much for me though.

  1. I know I’m getting old, half of these young ladies I didn’t recognize. lol. My fashion thoughts are old school too. But Jill Scott is my girl. The dress, however— If they had done away with the lace and made it formal length, it would have been over the top instead of looking fussy and overdone. Maybe a lace shawl wrap to cover her arms and the ‘girls’. That color is gorgeous on her. Amber Riley (so enjoyed her on DWTS) is a beautiful young lady, idk about her red carpet choice through.
