LoveBrownSugar: About Me

Christina S. Brown started her career in editorial as a business school undergraduate at UPENN. For three years she worked diligently as Senior Fashion Editor of The WALK; a now widely recognized fashion magazine on Penn's campus. While in school, she spent her summers interning at Saks 5th Avenue, attending designer market appointments and learning the ins and outs of the fashion industry as a buying intern.

Since graduating, Christina has garnered experience in digital marketing at BET.com, in editorial as an assistant and fashion features editor at Honey Magazine, most recently as online editor at UPTOWN Magazine, and in the world of blogging as founder of style blog LoveBrownSugar.com. She currently works as a social media specialist and freelance writer. She spends her free time indulging in obsessions like gourmet food, vintage shopping, travel and the occasional dance class.
