So last week’s #FABFriday post was all about wearing crop tops. Different bloggers of different sizes showed off how we wear our respective tops. One trend this season that I’m all over is the cropped top suit.

It normally involves a crop top of some sort paired with a matching skirt, shorts or pants. I’m not really big on matching tops and bottoms but the styles I’ve been seeing in stores this season are pretty hard to pass up.
For me as a curvy girl (and 3 months post-baby), I’m primarily concerned with covering up my midsection and wearing pieces that bring the attention up high. This crop top suit works well because of it’s sweetheart neckline and the A-line skirt.
Those are two tricks for bringing the attention away from my larger midsection and towards my best assets – the boob area and the smallest part of my waist.
I paired the look with a vintage leather jacket, neutral heels and a Fossil handbag for a nice pop of contrasting color.
