When the folks at Sunglass Hut hit me up and asked if they could send me a pair of Ray-Ban aviators as part of their #UnwrapSomethingShady campaign, I looked at my inbox and said “Hell yeah! Whutchu mean?” *inserts shmoney dance*

I basically have had Ray-Ban aviators on my Christmas wishlist for about fifty-leven years. They are so perfect and classic and FRESH. So when I unwrapped these bad boys, I immediately slapped on some lipstick, a fly outfit and stepped out the house like a BOSS. Here’s proof:

My threads were provided by Missguided’s new Plus Collection. I’m pretty picky about the plus size clothing brands I rock with, and Missguided has just been added to my faves list. I’ve always admired their super cute and trendy straight size collection so I’m really excited that they’ve decided to add plus pieces to their lineup.

Shades are a really great holiday gift option. Good quality shades will last you a while and if you get a shape that works with your face shape, they’re an instant upgrade.

I once interviewed songstress Chrisette Michele about her fashion tips and she told me a great pair of shades and some lipstick can take you from 0 to 100 real quick (not in those words obvi) and she wasn’t lying.

I added a little party around my neckline with this statement necklace from Bauble Bar. Pulls everything together really well.

So for those of you still on the Chrismas wishlist hunt – definitely consider a great pair of shades from Sunglass Hut for that person on your list that you haven’t quite figured out yet. They do not disappoint! And they are an instant upgrade to anyone’s look.
