Money doesn’t grow on trees, and neither do tools. Wanna save a natural girl a couple of bucks? Get your hands on these goodies. It’ll say your heart is definitely in the right place.

4. Curlformers ($48.95 & up) are an innovative way for naturals to obtain perfect ringlets with no-heat necessary. They’re a little complicated at first but there are tons of YouTube instructionals that demonstrate how to use them properly.

5. The Huetiful Steamer ($116.95) is definitely a gift that keeps on giving. It is the perfect way for a natural to deep condition as the steam heat allows a deep conditioner to really penetrate the hair shaft. It’s also very therapeutic and it comes with a facial steam attachment for facials and at-home spa days. Christina did a review on the Huetiful as well – WAY back when she first did her big chop. She still uses it, 2 years later!

6. We’ve already raved profusely about the wonders of the Tangle Teezer ($17.50) in our Common Mistakes New Naturals Make post. It is the type of tool your “curlfriend” will love you for. It cuts detangling time in half and is not damaging to the hair cuticle, which is awesome.
