Another style essential I always make sure to debut during NYFW is a chic printed dress. Though I spend many a day in black and white, bold prints are my absolute favorite. Whether you opt for a geo-print, an abstract print, florals or ankara, having one seasonal printed dress that’s bold and brilliant is key to a true fashionista’s closet. Here’s how I wear mine:
I spotted this dress on the racks at H&M and fell completely in love. Everything from the bold print to the A-line shape with a cinched-in waist was perfect for me.
The key to pulling off a bold print is to pare it down with solid color accessories. Prints on prints are fun but have to be done very delicately.
I opted for neutral heels from ALDO and my Pour La Victoire Butler bag (on sale for under $200 here).

Because things get so busy during Fashion Week, dresses are my best friend. I can literally just slip them on, throw on a pair of heels an be out of the door without much fizing or adjusting necessary. Hence why my very first NYFW Style Essential was The Little Black Dress.
