LBS Runway Report A MOI Spring Summer 2015Inspired by the breezy seaside French town of Biarritz,  Designer Alejandra Alonso filled her  A MOI Spring 2015 NYFW collection with cool coastal tones of white and blue, while adding a few pops of metallic neutrals along the way. The entire collection exudes effortless sophistication using clean silhouettes and an occasional asymmetrical hemline. There are definitely a few standout looks from the collection that if added to your wardrobe would surely turn heads.

Who doesn’t need a metallic leather iridescent top in their life?  Adding in the super adorb coral midi leather skirt wouldn’t hurt either. This LBS Chic worthy dream outfit could easily be worn together or separately, making each piece potential wardrobe staples.

For those girls craving a bit more edge,  Alonso kept them in mind with her really cool trench and lambskin shorts. The soft colors soften the blow of the futuristic look and makes it wearable for day.

This jacquard pullover and organza skirt pairing make it easy to visualize the fish scales and motion of moving water. How fabulous are the subtle hints of muted coral mixed within the skirts texture. The casual fall of the top and dressier feeling skirt give this look a downtown chic vibe that just works. 

Overall, the collection offers a lot of really great pieces that have a lot of versatility. With something for everyone, both the working girl on the move and hipster art student could appreciate at least one piece from the collection. How do you feel about this season’s offerings?
