Look 1. Suno Spring 2015

braid

1. Start by creating a very wet sculpted look in the front using the new hairspray by Kerastase “Laque Noire”  to hold the hair in place.

2. After the front of the hair is sculpted into place, create a small braid in the center.

3. Use the small braid to create a larger braid over it. The key is to pull the hair from underneath and braid in an upward direction.

4. Add a finishing spray and secure the braid with an elastic.

* To create more texture gently pull the braid horizontally to open it up, creating a “basket” like appearance.

Look 2. Thakoon Spring 2015

The simple style literally takes less than 5 minutes.  Odile simply made a clean center part in the front and twisted two thin sections of hair towards the back on the model’s head.  She then created a lose knot securing it with bobby pins and elastics. Once the hair was secured she created a second knot the same way. Again, securing the knot with bobby pins for a seamless look..

Look 2.  Altuzarra Spring 2015

hair net

Instead of creating a classic chignon, Odile went for a more edgy look using a hair net to add interest to this style.

1. Start by pull the hair into a sleek low ponytail.

2. Wrap the hair net around the base of the ponytail and secure it with pins.

3. Pull the hair net over the entire ponytail and tuck the hair underneath create a heart shaped chignon.

4. Secure the hair in place with small pins.
