It’s a great day to revamp your wardrobe, get that great winter coat you’ve been eyeing, or get holiday shopping done. Whether you’re a seasoned vet, or even if you’ve never participated in Black Friday sales, this Black Friday Shopping Guide will help you make the best out of your shopping this Friday. 1. ASOS
Our favorite online retailer ASOS.com is participating in the Black Friday frenzy by offering shoppers 30% OFF using code: TGIBF. This is the perfect time to stock up on their amazing holiday dresses, your best ugly Christmas sweaters, and event finally snag that winter coat you’ve been looking for!
2. H&M
You know at LBS, we LOVEEEE H&M, so of course we will be attending their Black Friday event. Fortunately, they have started their sales early, and are offering special deals every day leading up to Black Friday. You can see the latest offerings on their website. I got a chance to stop in this weekend, and got a great pair of camo pants for just $10! From the looks of the preview, I’m sure they’ll have great deals on all their other items on Friday.

3. Old Navy
Old Navy is great for high quality basics like t-shirts, denim, and outerwear. They are giving half off their already low prices for this Black Friday. There will be $11 sweaters and $5 t shirts for the whole family, so this is a great place to stop by if your kids will be along for the shopping trip.
For trendy plus-size pieces, Ashley Stewart offers some great options. This Black Friday they are offering 40% Off their entire store with even more deals to come on Cyber Monday.

5. Macy’s
Macy’s is definitely the go-to department store for Thanksgiving! They literally have everything: clothing for the family, jewelry, shoes, furniture, perfume, beauty products, the list goes on! Some of the best sales are 100% cashmere sweaters for $39 and designer coats up to 60% off.

On Black Friday, they will offer their classic yellow tag deals with items starting at just $3. 4 TIPS FOR IN-STORE BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING
- Take closet inventory before you go shopping and have a list of what you want to get from each store. This also helps to keep you from being lured by those low prices and buying things you don’t need.
- Narrow your shopping destination down to one mall or small selection of stores. The stores will be busy, especially if you are in a crowded city like NYC.
- Get holiday shopping done early. Stores will not offer such great prices as Christmas gets closer, so if you have an idea of a gift, see if it is on promotion for Black Friday.
- Dress comfortably. This is important because you may have to stand in long lines, do a lot of walking, and try some things on to make sure it’s the perfect fit.
