The brand’s polish names might be packed full of that trademark Brooklyn swagger but it’s what it’s not it’s not filled with that makes them stand out. Breukelen Polished is “5 Free” meaning it does not contain the toxic carcinogens that contribute to some other nail polish brands presenting a major health risk to their consumers. These include dibutyl phthalate, formaldehyde, methylene glycol/formalin, toluene, formaldehyde resin, and camphor and more information can be found about them here.
We’re always on the lookout for a way to connect our readers and supporters with amazing products presented by women of color so we were pleased to have the young ladies of Breukelen Polished as vendors at our first every #BrownGirlsLovePowerDay.
